ServiceNow ITOM Engineer - FedRAMP - $71/hr

Overview:

We're seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer with FedRAMP experience to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions within highly regulated environments.

This role focuses on ServiceNow ITOM technologies including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP security requirements and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has strong ServiceNow platform expertise, infrastructure knowledge, and experience supporting secure enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM.

Design and maintain ServiceNow FedRAMP-compliant environments.

Support CMDB health, governance, and service mapping initiatives.

Configure and manage MID Servers within regulated environments.

Ensure compliance with FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring requirements.

Support infrastructure discovery across server, network, storage, and cloud environments.

Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies.

Create and maintain scripts using JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix Shell, and RegEx.

Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams to improve service visibility and operational efficiency.

Participate in Agile development and support processes.

Support high-availability environments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of ServiceNow and enterprise infrastructure experience.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.

Experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

Experience supporting FedRAMP-compliant ServiceNow environments.

Knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring requirements.

Experience with MID Server architecture and deployment.

Knowledge of infrastructure environments including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.

Experience with REST APIs, SOAP integrations, and automation scripting.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Understanding of ITIL best practices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting NERC-regulated assets.

Cloud platform experience.

Windows and Unix administration experience.

PowerShell scripting expertise.

ServiceNow implementation experience in regulated industries.

Monitoring and observability platform experience.

Additional ServiceNow certifications.
