Location: Western United States (Remote)

Overview:

We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market presence throughout the Western United States.

This role combines territory development, channel partner management, technical sales, and relationship building within the HVAC, building automation, and critical environment industries. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical sales and enjoys working closely with engineers, contractors, facility managers, and channel partners to deliver value-driven solutions.

Candidates must reside in one of the approved western states and be located near a major airport.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business development across the Western U.S. territory.

Manage and support channel partners responsible for selling solutions to end customers.

Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, facility managers, and key stakeholders.

Deliver technical presentations and lead consultative sales discussions.

Identify and pursue high-value projects from design through installation and post-installation support.

Act as a subject matter expert during customer and channel partner meetings.

Conduct product training and educational sessions for channel partners.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking events.

Collaborate with application engineering, marketing, and internal teams to support sales initiatives.

Maintain territory growth strategies and achieve assigned sales objectives.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, Building Automation, or related technical industries.

Experience managing sales through channel partners or distribution networks.

Strong business development and territory management experience.

Ability to explain and sell technical products and solutions.

Experience working with engineers, contractors, facility managers, and technical stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Must reside in one of the approved western states and near a major airport.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with airflow management systems.

Experience with pressure monitoring systems.

Critical environment or healthcare facility experience.

Multi-state territory management experience.

Experience supporting indirect sales models.

Experience selling engineered products or technical solutions.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $51,000 - $60,000
