Overview:
We're seeking a high-performing Sr. Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and expand professional staffing solutions across enterprise and mid-market organizations nationwide.
This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, developing relationships, and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling professional staffing services and is well-connected within Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and contingent workforce communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients across the United States.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through contract execution and client onboarding.
Build relationships with key decision-makers including Talent Acquisition leaders, Procurement teams, MSPs, and workforce program managers.
Present staffing and workforce solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
Manage complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurately forecast sales activity.
Attend industry conferences, networking events, and business development activities.
Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of professional staffing sales experience.
Proven success acquiring new clients within the professional staffing industry.
Experience selling IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, or other professional staffing solutions.
Strong network within Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and contingent workforce communities.
Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market organizations.
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
Must reside within the United States.
Ability to travel for client meetings and industry conferences several times per year.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling MSP, Direct Hire, or Contingent Staffing solutions.
Existing relationships with Fortune 1000 organizations.
Experience selling workforce solutions across multiple industries.
Strong understanding of the evolving staffing and talent acquisition landscape.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $71,000 - $100,000
