iOS Engineer (LATAM) - Remote - $84K-$120K USD

A rapidly growing AI technology company is seeking an iOS Engineer to help build the voice layer for next-generation AI products. This is a high-impact opportunity to work directly with the founding iOS engineer and own critical product experiences including onboarding, monetization, and feature development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the iOS onboarding experience from design through production
• Develop and launch new product features across the mobile application
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect SwiftUI implementations
• Build onboarding, monetization, and user engagement experiences
• Perform rigorous testing across edge cases, failure states, and user flows
• Identify product gaps and proactively recommend improvements
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Utilize AI development tools to improve engineering velocity

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of iOS development experience
• Expert-level SwiftUI experience
• Strong Swift and Swift Concurrency skills
• Experience building consumer-facing mobile applications
• Strong attention to visual detail and design accuracy
• Ability to independently own projects from concept through launch
• Excellent testing and quality assurance habits
• Startup mindset with strong ownership and accountability

PREFERRED:

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• AI coding tool experience (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
• Consumer app growth experience
• B2B SaaS product experience
• Mobile observability and error tracking experience
• Strong product instincts and user empathy

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
