VP of Sales - New York, NY - $250K-$350K Base

Location: New York, NY

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Overview:

We're looking for a VP of Sales to build and scale a high-performing SaaS sales organization within a rapidly growing AI software company. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, closing strategic deals, and building a scalable sales engine.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Lead complex sales engagements with CFOs and finance leaders

Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

Build sales processes, forecasting, and revenue operations

Partner with leadership to drive go-to-market strategy

Expand outbound sales efforts and scale revenue growth

Requirements:

8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

Experience leading high-performing sales teams

ERP, accounting software, fintech, or financial systems sales experience

Experience selling to CFOs and finance executives

Startup experience building teams and revenue from the ground up

Proven success growing ARR to $15M-$25M+

Must be based in NYC or within commuting distance

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA or accounting background

Big 4 experience

FinTech experience

Experience building outbound sales organizations

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $250,000-$350,000

OTE: $400,000-$500,000

Equity: $85,000-$115,000
