Oracle Fusion Technical Manager - $82/hr

A leading technology consulting organization is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives and drive successful migrations from Oracle on-premise environments to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

This onsite contract opportunity offers $82/hr and is ideal for technical leaders with deep Oracle Fusion expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience leading enterprise-wide ERP transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle on-premise to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration initiatives
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and implementation strategies
• Manage and mentor technical teams across multiple project workstreams
• Serve as the primary customer-facing technical leader throughout project delivery
• Provide executive-level project updates and stakeholder communications
• Oversee Oracle Fusion implementation, integration, and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data management standards
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support data migration, system integration, and cloud adoption initiatives
• Drive delivery excellence and adherence to Oracle best practices

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Oracle technology experience
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (ERP, HCM, SCM, or Procurement)
• Oracle Fusion Procurement experience
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud migration projects
• Knowledge of Oracle on-prem architecture and migration strategies
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
• Data migration and integration experience
• Proven experience leading technical teams on enterprise-scale projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications
• Oracle Integration Cloud certifications
• Experience managing distributed or multi-location teams
• Agile project delivery experience
• Hybrid delivery methodology experience
