STRAIGHT TALK ABOUT THIS ACCOUNT
Three things you should know going in. This is a slip seat
operation with day cabs — you will not have an assigned truck.
St. Louis traffic is part of the day, and the account runs in
weather. In exchange: you're home every night, you never touch
freight by hand, you're paid for empty miles at the same rate as
loaded, and short runs under 50 miles carry a $40 flat plus your
mileage so you're not punished for a quick turn.
BENEFITS
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
- 401(k)
- Paid vacation on qualifying fleets
ORIENTATION
- Virtual orientation available, typically 30 minutes to 2 hours
